OK--so I've cooled off a little. I was about to send an e-mail to my dear friend H., a pop-up ad did its thang, and, getting used to my new 'puter, I inadvertently deleted the e-mail before sending it while attempting to swat the pop-up. Admit it--this has happened to you. Be it a power outage, your own stupidity, or perhaps an act of God, a document you spent some time on never got sent, or saved, and you can never get it back the same way. It's sad.
