I went to the Apple store today to ask the salesperson some hard-hitting questions about iTunes 4 (I think they have a collective clever name for the salespeople--I remember that the tech support people are referred to as genius, collectively). Very good questions, I might add, and it turns out that all my fears about the new program were unfounded. Well, founded, I guess, but untrue. I even got the guy to give me a CD of the new program (plus the new QuickTime), so I don't gotta spend eleven hours downloading the thing, only to have my connection fark up. Yay-A-Y. I've been carting the CD around for the last ten hours, and it's been killing me. I GOTTA install it. I think I might make it to dawn tonight, playing. This is the kind of thing that, in my version of the world, is cause for taking a week's worth of vacation.
